MR. CHIMA
Visionary Entrepreneur, Inventor, and Business Strategist
Foundations
Bruno Chima is a self-made entrepreneur, innovator, and real estate investor who took the unconventional path to success. A proud Non-Graduate of the University of Connecticut (UCONN), he excelled academically, maintaining a 3.9 GPA from his first semester, while actively engaging in many student organizations. His Freshman year he founded and launched the university’s first Student-Run Entrepreneurship Organization, Creating Economic Opportunity (C.E.O.) before deciding to leave and pursue his own ventures full-time.
His entrepreneurial journey began early, working as an Independent Design & Engr. contractor for billion-dollar companies like 3M, Belimo Intl., UTC, & more while still in college. Despite completing junior-level credits as a sophomore in a dual major (Mechanical Engineering & Engineering Management), Bruno followed his instincts and answered the call of entrepreneurship—an unplanned yet transformative decision that would shape his future.
Bruno entered real estate by accident, initially intending only to secure a free office space by renting to others. This strategic move led to the development of a real estate portfolio exceeding 50+ units and serving over 200 small & large businesses—including major corporations such as AT&T, the world’s largest cell carrier.
Beyond
Beyond real estate, Bruno is a prolific inventor and engineer, holding 6 United States Utility Patents and 1 International Utility Patent. His expertise in product design and engineering has led to the development of multiple innovations, including:

Early Life & Athletic Achievements
Raised by a single mother, young Bruno learned early on the value of self-reliance, adaptability, and perseverance. His father, a neuro-pathologist and university professor, provided a strong intellectual foundation genetically with guidance from a-far, but Bruno’s business acumen and financial knowledge are entirely self-taught.
His drive for excellence & leadership also extended to athletics, where he was an Varsity Captain in multiple sports since his Freshman Year. By the end of his career Chima was a multi-year All-State Athlete in both Soccer (Football) and Basketball, earning among other honors:

Co-Director
Chris Levesque is a seasoned executive and educator with a strong background in entrepreneurship, business law, and innovation leadership. A former Executive Director at the Connecticut Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Adjunct Faculty Member in Business Law at the University of Connecticut, he brings deep expertise in business strategy and academic excellence. Chris holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and has a passion for guiding emerging entrepreneurs and business leaders toward success.

Amber Berry
Co-Director
Amber Berry, a Connecticut realtor and fashion stylist with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, made history as the first Black woman to graduate from CCSU in her field. Garnering experience in both the private and public sectors of engineering, she is well adept to add value to multi-millon dollar projects with innovative appeal. In real estate, she helps home sellers maximize profits through creative buy now, pay later options.
