Refund Policy

Our Standards

At THE ACDMY™, we’re committed to providing high-value content and experiences. We stand behind the quality of our offerings and aim to ensure each member receives impactful tools, knowledge, and support. However, we understand that circumstances may change.

Membership Refunds

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial membership purchase.

  • After 14 days, all membership fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.

  • Refunds do not apply to renewals, upgrades, or promotional pricing.

A La Carte Purchases (Courses, Workshops, Downloads, Etc.)

  • Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all a la carte purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing a product, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work to resolve it or offer a suitable solution.

Event Tickets

  • Refunds for live or virtual events are available up to 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Within 7 days of the event, refunds may be offered as site credit at our discretion.

To Request a Refund

  • Email us at support@thacdmy.com with your name, email, order number, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Abuse of Policy

  • Note: Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests after consuming content) may result in account review, restriction, or closure.
