2. Memberships & Billing
2.1. Membership Tiers: We offer Free, Starter, Pro, and Elite memberships, each designed for different levels of access and benefits.

Memberships are billed annually and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payments are non-refundable after the refund period (see Section 9).

You may cancel anytime, and your membership will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Cancelling prevents future charges but does not issue a refund outside of the refund policy.
2.4. We may update membership pricing or features, with prior notice to active members.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
3.1. All materials—including videos, e-books, courses, templates, and digital resources—are the exclusive property of THE ACDMY™ and protected by copyright law.
3.2. Content is for personal use only and may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
3.3. Unauthorized distribution or misuse of content may result in account suspension.
4. THE ACDMY™ Library Terms
4.1. Library content is for personal reference only. Sharing, altering, or reselling any materials is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Users may not upload, distribute, or modify any materials without explicit authorization.
4.3. Excessive downloading or misuse may lead to temporary suspension or review of account access.
5. User Conduct & Community Standards
5.1. We strive to create a professional and welcoming community. We ask all members to engage respectfully.
5.2. Harassment, discrimination, spamming, or solicitation outside of THE ACDMY™ guidelines will result in a warning or potential removal.
5.3. The use of networking and mastermind groups should be for collaborative and professional purposes only.

6.1. THE ACDMY™ may recommend external tools or resources, but we do not own or manage third-party services.
6.2. Any transactions or interactions with third-party providers are at your own discretion.

Memberships may be fully refunded within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Refunds apply only to the initial purchase and do not cover renewals or upgrades.

After 14 days, memberships are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future billing.
9.2. Digital Content & A La Carte Purchases:

Standalone courses, digital downloads, and event tickets are non-refundable after purchase unless otherwise stated.

If you experience technical issues, we will work with you to resolve access concerns before considering a refund.
9.3. Dispute Resolution:

10. Governing Law & Legal Compliance
