1. General Use & Acceptance
1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of THE ACDMY™ website, memberships, digital content, library, and all related services.
1.2. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
1.3. We may update these terms periodically to enhance our offerings. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Memberships & Billing
2.1. Membership Tiers: We offer Free, Starter, Pro, and Elite memberships, each designed for different levels of access and benefits.
2.2. Billing:

  • Memberships are billed annually and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Payments are non-refundable after the refund period (see Section 9).
    2.3. Cancellation:

  • You may cancel anytime, and your membership will remain active until the end of your billing period.

  • Cancelling prevents future charges but does not issue a refund outside of the refund policy.
    2.4. We may update membership pricing or features, with prior notice to active members.
     

3. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
3.1. All materials—including videos, e-books, courses, templates, and digital resources—are the exclusive property of THE ACDMY™ and protected by copyright law.
3.2. Content is for personal use only and may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
3.3. Unauthorized distribution or misuse of content may result in account suspension.

4. THE ACDMY™ Library Terms
4.1. Library content is for personal reference only. Sharing, altering, or reselling any materials is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Users may not upload, distribute, or modify any materials without explicit authorization.
4.3. Excessive downloading or misuse may lead to temporary suspension or review of account access.

5. User Conduct & Community Standards
5.1. We strive to create a professional and welcoming community. We ask all members to engage respectfully.
5.2. Harassment, discrimination, spamming, or solicitation outside of THE ACDMY™ guidelines will result in a warning or potential removal.
5.3. The use of networking and mastermind groups should be for collaborative and professional purposes only.

6. Third-Party Services & External Links
6.1. THE ACDMY™ may recommend external tools or resources, but we do not own or manage third-party services.
6.2. Any transactions or interactions with third-party providers are at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1. Educational Purposes Only: While we provide expert insights, we do not guarantee specific results in business, finances, or career growth.
7.2. User Responsibility: Decisions made based on our content are at the user's discretion, and we are not liable for individual outcomes.
7.3. Service Availability: We strive to keep our platform running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1. We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and use data.
8.2. We do not sell or misuse user data but may analyze engagement for service improvements.

9. Refund & Dispute Policy
9.1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee:

  • Memberships may be fully refunded within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

  • Refunds apply only to the initial purchase and do not cover renewals or upgrades.

  • After 14 days, memberships are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future billing.

9.2. Digital Content & A La Carte Purchases:

  • Standalone courses, digital downloads, and event tickets are non-refundable after purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • If you experience technical issues, we will work with you to resolve access concerns before considering a refund.

9.3. Dispute Resolution:

  • If you experience billing concerns, contact office@theacdmy.com within 30 days of the transaction.

  • We strive to handle all disputes professionally and in good faith.
     

10. Governing Law & Legal Compliance
10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Connecticut or Delaware law.
10.2. Any disputes shall first be handled through informal resolution before considering legal action.

By accessing THE ACDMY™ Library, you agree to the following terms:

1. Personal Use Only

  • All materials, including e-books, audio files, video content, and digital resources, are for personal use only.

  • Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or redistribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

2. No Modification or Alteration

  • Users may not modify, edit, or alter any files or content in the library.

  • Removing or altering copyrights, branding, or watermarks is strictly forbidden.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All content is the exclusive intellectual property of THE ACDMY™ and is protected under copyright law.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.

4. No Mass Downloading or Abuse

  • Excessive downloading or actions that compromise system integrity may result in suspension of access.

  • The library is intended for learning and reference, not bulk collection of materials.

5. Restricted Distribution

  • Content cannot be uploaded to third-party platforms, forums, or social media without explicit written permission.

  • Use of library materials for commercial purposes, training programs, or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Compliance & Enforcement

  • Violating these terms may result in account suspension, revocation of access, and legal consequences.

  • THE ACDMY™ reserves the right to monitor access and take action against unauthorized usage.
